Our work does not end with physically installing an engine. We integrate the systems needed to make the new engine work correctly with the vehicle.
The goal: Engine + ECM + Transmission + Harness + Instrument Cluster + Cab Controls working correctly as one system.
Bolting an engine into a chassis is the visible half of the job. The half that decides whether the truck actually runs is everything after: the ECM talking to the transmission, the cluster reading real values, the accelerator pedal recognized, the starting and ignition circuits adapted, the cab switches controlling what they are supposed to control. This is the work other shops turn down, and it is the reason stalled projects end up here.
