About GCP

More than a repair shop

GCP combines a heavy duty shop, an advanced diagnostics and programming center, a performance shop and a systems integration specialist — so a project that needs mechanics, electronics and software does not have to travel between three businesses to get finished.

More than a repair shop

Engineering-level solutions for trucks and heavy duty equipment

Our goal is not simply to replace parts. It is to correctly identify the cause of each problem and deliver a complete solution — from a conventional mechanical repair to advanced programming, wiring and electronic integration projects.

GCP aims to be the place customers, transport companies and other repair shops come to when a problem needs mechanics, electronics and programming working together.

Diagnose. Repair. Program. Integrate. Perform.

What makes GCP different

  • MechanicalRepair and maintenance.
  • DiagnosticsAdvanced diagnostics to find the real cause of the problem.
  • ProgrammingProgramming and configuration of electronic modules.
  • PerformanceTuning and optimization of how the vehicle runs.
  • IntegrationAdapting engines, transmissions, harnesses, modules and electronic controls.
  • TechnologySpecialized tools, software and equipment to solve complex problems.

The Difference

Integration is where projects succeed or fail

Anyone can bolt an engine in. The hard part is everything after: getting the ECM to talk to the transmission, the dash to read correctly, the throttle pedal to be recognized, the sensors to report real values, and the cab switches to control what they're supposed to control.

That's the work we specialize in — and it's why projects that stalled somewhere else end up here.

Our Approach

Diagnose. Repair. Program. Integrate. Perform.

From a conventional repair to a complete engine conversion, harness modification, module programming or electronic integration — a professional solution from the initial diagnosis to final commissioning.

01

Evaluation

We listen to the history of the unit, scan every module and map what the vehicle is actually reporting — not just the first code.

02

Diagnosis

Circuit, sensor, network and bench testing to isolate the true root cause before a single part is ordered.

03

Solution

Repair, wiring, programming or full integration — with the scope, timeline and cost agreed before we start.

04

Validation

Parameters set, adaptations run, codes cleared and the unit tested under load until it performs the way it should.

Questions

Frequently asked

Can you program a replacement module I already bought?
In most cases yes. We program and configure ECM, ECU, TCM and ACM modules to the vehicle, set the parameters and verify the module communicates correctly with the rest of the network. We work with Cummins, PACCAR, Volvo/Mack and other platforms.
Do you take engine swaps into vehicles the engine never came in?
Yes — that is one of our core specialties. We handle the mechanical adaptation plus the electronic side: harness development, module configuration, dash and sensor integration, throttle pedal recognition and the programming needed to make the combination run as a factory system would.
My truck has an electrical fault nobody can find. Can you help?
That is exactly the kind of job we're set up for. We test at circuit, sensor and network level rather than swapping parts, and we can repair, modify or rebuild harness sections when the wiring itself is the problem.
Do you work on fleets and offer ongoing support?
Yes. We work with owner-operators and with fleets that need consistent diagnostics, documented repairs and fast turnaround. Contact us to discuss recurring work.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes — we work fully in English and Spanish, including technical explanations of the diagnosis and the work performed.
